Photography
Photography is at once both transportational and contemplative. It takes us to a place and then allows us to stop and enjoy the moment, the colors, the beauty, and the peace. It allows us to experience a fleeting instant and reflect in a way that clocks, calendars, and commitments too often thwart. It also reminds us that there are far more extraordinary moments in life than we actually realize. Photography is a great teacher, because it invites us to both enjoy the story of the present and the call of what's unseen around the corner.
To me, photography is an art of observation. It’s about finding something interesting an ordinary place… I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.
